All slides in the presentation do not print due to slides are hidden.
Cause:
'Print Hidden Slides' in the 'Print' dialog box prints slides designated as hidden with the 'Hide Slide' option in the 'Tools' menu. If 'Print Hidden Slides' is not selected, slides designated as hidden will NOT print.
Solution:
Select the 'Print Hidden Slides' check box in the 'Print' dialog box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
NOTE: Verify that the selected 'Printer' from the 'Printer' group is correct, that the print range from the 'Print range' group is correct, that the number of copies from the 'Copies' group is correct, and that what is being printed from the 'Print what' group is correct. If not, change the selections accordingly.
2) Select the 'Print Hidden Slides' check box.
Select 'Print Hidden Slides'
NOTE: The 'Print Hidden Slides' check box appears dimmed if hidden slides are not marked hidden in the presentation.
3) Click 'OK'.
